Well, I made it to 4pm anyway, and we're going to City Island either way, so I'll probably stick with fish.

I knew that if St. Patrick's Day fell on a Friday there was a dispensation but I wasn't aware of what you just posted.

I checked AmericanCatholic.org and there's nothing posted about it.
