Tony is legendary for his temper and his ability to "make his own moves," but if you watch the movie closely and listen to Tony talk during some of the sit-downs, you'll find that Mr. Montana was actually a very intelligent business man.
Except of course the bad business decision to start "gettin high on his own supply."
