Well, Mr. Babe loved the Shula's in Philly. He said that it was one of the best steaks that he's ever had. I didn't realize that there were different "types" of Shula's within the chain.

Klyd, our local market used to have a sale on shell steaks like that. I would have them butcher the whole shell and then cut off the tails. I would make ground meat out of the tails. YUM.
