Anyone can post a confetti message to be shown in Time's Square on New Year's Eve.

FYI, I just entered my message wishing a Happy New Year to my BB friends. I signed it TIS. So, if anyone out there goes to Time's Square (or sees it on tv) let me know. It's a long shot I know, but what the hell.
