How can Carla have memories of playing with Mary and Anthony, or know Carlo Jr., if she didn't even know who her father was, and if Deanna moved away?

I'd also add that we know that at the time of Anthony's communion he was about 7 or 8. if Deanna had a baby soon after, we'd have to assume that Anthony at 9 or 10 is playing with a 1 or 2 year old. He might have shown the baby attention since they would be cousins, but I doubt that the baby would have memories of playing with Anthony. But, stranger things have emerged in the Trilogy.
