One place in particular offers the "Melt Down" wings. Before they are served, you must sign a waiver that you will not hold the tavern liable for anything that might happen as a result of eating them. They will only serve 6 at a time.

I believe that the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on The Food network did a piece on this place in Pennsylvania.
Did they? The place is called The Eagle Hotel and looks like a classic dive, but the food is good, and the wings frequently win awards.
