BTW - I heard it somewhere, probably on FoodTV, and have done it ever since - when making sauteed spinach, I now add a sprinkling of ground nutmeg... seems nice.


I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol
