You know, its funny, but at last night's ECW premiere, the Big Show had more pop from the crowd than Cena did, and remember folks, WWE itself thought the great ratings last week for the WWE/ECW special was because of Cena. 
Vince McMahon refuses to accept that the 18+ male demographic (which makes up the majority of their viewers) absolutely despise Cena.
Like Orton...they're trying to groom Cena into the next "Rock" or "Stone Cold," our opinions be damned!
