The obvious choice would be FFC, but there is a good chance he wont do it. In that case, I dont think it should be Sophia. Dont get me wrong, she's a great director, but in this world (the mob, I mean) The women have no authority or power, so my feeling is a female director might give the women of the family a little to much power.(oh man, I'm going to get killed for saying that)Martin Scorsese would probably be the next choice. He is a great director and I wouldnt mind having him direct the project, but he would definatly give the 4th movie a differnt flavor. Someone in the past threw out the idea of Robert De Niro, and that wouldnt be too bad of an idea. He is pretty inexperianced, as the only movie he's directed being A Bronx Tale, so there isnt too much to go on. He wrote that script, so he already had the vision in his head. I wouldnt objerct to him directing, but I would be very careful putting him on board to direct.But Francis has never said NO, so you never know.
