True. That doesn't mean writers and fans shouldn't fight to maintain the integrity of a writer's work. As far as I'm concerned, there should be no more Godfather novels or movies without Puzo. Making a sequel now, whether novel or movie, would be like necrophilia, like trying to squeeze every last penny out of Puzo's legacy. I was hoping Santa would leave a lump of coal (or a horse's head) in Paramount chief Sherry Lansing's stocking. As fans, we can voice our displeasure by refusing to spend our money on a GF sequel.
