Jimmy says, "There's only one Irishman here [referring to the fact that Henry's half-Irish, half-Italian]." Batts says, "Salut [Italian] so Jimmy replies, "Top o' the morning to ya" to emphasize his Irishness. I think it was a trade of insults.)
