it's the dude, the main man of Big Paulie, to the mailman. I guess his name is either Petey or Paulie:) I don't realy know his name, so therefore I use IMDB...
is it "Tutti Cicero" I guess it is, since he shares his last name with Paulie Cicero.
anyway, it's Paul's guy to the mailman with young Henry in the back...
