Camorra and vote swapping: 7 affiliates of the Fusco-Ponticelli and De Micco-De Martino clan arrested

The seven people arrested at first light today by the carabinieri of the Torre Del Greco company who are executing a precautionary custody order between Ponticelli-Barra-San Giovanni a Teduccio and Cercola are accused of mafia-political electoral exchange.

The provision was issued by the investigating judge of the court of Naples at the request of the Neapolitan DDA.

The seven people who ended up in prison are all accused of political-mafia electoral exchange, criminal association aimed at electoral corruption and possession and carrying of weapons in public places, crimes aggravated by the mafia method and with the aim of facilitating the Camorra-type associations called Fusco-Ponticelli and De Micco-De Martino clans.
