I think Johnny Catz, Frank Bifulco-especially given Masecchia arranged a meeting between Bifulco and Serio in Canada. Maybe even Albano. Manning has a chart that connects those three with Musitano and Catz was heard in wire talking with Musitano after the hit on Pops.
