Spain: over two tons of hashish seized off the coast of Huelva

Agents of the National Police, in a joint operation with the Guardia Civil and the Customs Surveillance Service of the Revenue Agency, dismantled a criminal organization of drug traffickers who wanted to introduce 2,800 kilograms of hashish from Morocco into Spain. The network, based in the province of Huelva, transported the drugs on modified boats both used for fishing and pleasure to disguise the illicit activity. In total, seven people were arrested who had various means of transport, large displacement engines, weapons - both real and simulated - ammunition, as well as 54,000 euros in cash.
