Some radio stations in Quebec are reporting the Turmel is hiding in Portugal and that he is in contact with his associates. They are also saying HA members in the Quebec city region are in the late sixties and “They don’t want to end their lives in prison”. Furthermore their HA school support gangs don't want to get their hands dirty; this is the explanation as to why they are not fighting back unless they find other gangs willing to do their dirty work.
