I do believe the fbi was threatening to send his wife to prison.. probably tax evasion or some bs. Further, he does have a disabled daughter. he was put in quite a bad position due to the feds leaning on his wife. they do play dirty. too bad Petey Cap wasn't black , he would of got community service.
Caprio was a drug pusher who did a lot of people dirty including Joseph Sodano- most Americans are fine with the Feds playing dirty to lock those degenerates up. Too bad he didn't take a page from 45 and have suckers foot the legal bills and debts he didn't pay. I guarantee you other mob guys will be doing this moving forward .
