Cologne Hells Angel Erkan Akyol, the right-hand man of Necati Arabaci, the leader of the Germany-based HA organization, has been arrested in Istanbul. The German authorities had been looking for him since 2015 and he was hiding in Turkey. He is said to have killed an Albanian in Cologne more than eight years ago.
