I listed my NYE menu. BTW just picked up the homemade Soppressata last night from my friend who makes it. He made 100 pounds this year but usually does 150.

We're prepping up a nice dinner at home, but years back we'd hit all the top joints in NY.

It's chilled seafood medley up front (jumbo shrimp, lump crabmeat, mini lobster tails.) Then a nice Filet Mignon, potato and vegetable yet to be determined. And, of course, the bubbly...some top quality champagne.

Gotta bring the new year in correctly, am I right?
