Russia: 700 kilos of cocaine destined for EU countries seized

Almost 700 kilograms of cocaine arriving in Russia from Latin America and intended to be sent to EU countries were seized in an anti-drug operation in Moscow, where the internal security services (FSB) arrested two citizens Russian. The FSB, quoted by the Tass agency, specified that the quantity of narcotics seized was 673 kilograms. The same source added that the two arrested had purchased the cocaine on behalf of a group of traffickers and were supposed to transport it to European Union countries for an estimated profit of 65 million euros.
