Import of cocaine in Haiti: 50 months in prison for a businessman
A former owner of a Montreal senior residence convicted of plotting to import cocaine received a four-year and two-month prison sentence on Tuesday. Businessman Dejean Victor, head of the small cell, used a "vulnerable" woman to import more than a kilo of cocaine from Haiti.
