A few good laughs, tackles the right issues, but it never got good for me. Been a fan of Burr's for over 10 years, but I felt he lacked energy here. Almost like he wasn't sure how to play that character or didn't believe in his own film. He can act, so I personally feel like it was the latter. Moreover, what caused this film to metamorphose into a domestic drama that emphasizes the wife's role as the wisest character? That being said, this movie is still better than 90% of the trash that's made these days.
