He's a convicted felon. That being said, I'd trade shoes with him in a heartbeat. Now, if he got out of prison and tried to get a job in the same industry, not create another company but go to work for someone, I bet people would be lining up and he'd have his choice of which company would hire him due to his knowledge of the inner workings and connections. If I was convicted of Medicare fraud, nobody's hiring me back into my profession once I got out. He did what he had to do and died peacefully. Sounds like a winner to me.
