I honestly think Joey stepped down and someone else is running Philly. He may be getting a kick up but thats it.
He hasn't been running Philly for years. There is absolutely no way that someone like George Borgesi would funnel money to him while he just relaxes in Florida lol. When Joey was still on supervised release, it made sense to be in Florida. That was years ago
I don't know about that, Borgesi, Merlino and Stevie have been friends since like 5 years old, those guys are TIGHT, Merlino shot up Scarfo Jr, fought hard in the war and like Stevie and George, did his time. Merlino is not independlty wealthy, he's getting a kick from someplace
