A police operation is underway in Isola Capo Rizzuto ( Crotone ) to carry out 11 arrest orders. There are around a hundred policemen - belonging to the Flying Squads of Catanzaro and Crotone and to the Catanzaro investigative section of the Central Operational Service of the State Police, all coordinated by the Catanzaro DDA - who have been involved in the operation since the early hours of the morning. Those arrested are accused of mafia-type criminal association aimed at various crimes ranging from extortion and usury to drug dealing.
