I'm willing to bet anything that the Ndrangheta is doing this to gain a foothold in Albania, if I'm not mistaken they're known for stuff like that. It's a very calculating and methodical organization.
Nah. The Albanians are arguably just as powerful in the European cocaine trade as Ndrangheta. They basically co- manage a lot of the key European ports, Spain is like 80s Miami....everyone is there. I'm not sure if any one group is dominant there.
London is the biggest retail market, it's dominated by Albanians both retail AND wholesale....
