I think Quebec and British Columbia may be a tie when it comes to being rich and influential. It's clear that both BC and Quebec chapters in their respective provinces have an iron grip on the drug trade, have major international connections and have been able to pervasively infiltrate legal economies.

Chapters in other provinces seem to fall under the influence of the BC and Quebec guys. Many busts that involve Toronto HA's seem to show links to the Calabrians, which indicates that the influence of the Ndrangheta in the GTA is no small matter.

In other major cities like for instance Winnipeg the HA's seem to keep their head down most of the time and are content to leave most of the blue collar rackets like the drug trafficking, prostitution and extortion to the Native American gangs.

Generally speaking, when it comes to outlaw motorcycle gangs and organized crime, nowhere are the clubs as influential as they are in Canada and Australia. The difference is that the outlaw biker scene in Canada is basically a solo show for the Hells Angels while in Australia the influence is more divided between Hells Angels, Comancheros and Rebels (all of whose reach extent way into New Zealand).
