montreal, sherbrooke et al get all the press usually but up until now not alot has been said about the quebec city chapter. they look to be running a vast drug trafficking operation. interesting as well was the mention of the qc city chapter having complete control of said drug territory. the chapter faces no threat or shares no territory with other HA chapters or from any mafia cell/group, unlike in mtl.
