We did taco pasta tonight for Cinco de Mayo.

It’s simple but really good, fussili pasta a pound of chop meat mixed with a hot taco seasoning.

We cook the meat first add the mix with some water, add the pasta and melt cheddar on top, really good.
We also fry a few corn muffin tops in butter.
