100% that thr numbers is the biggest factor in jail/prison.
If italians had the same numbers in jail as before. The would riot against any groups that were attacking italians.

A guy who has kill 3 peoples outisde, 2 inmate inside and is doing life, doesn’t care if youre a made guy, especially if you only have two guys with you in jail
