I did a 6am Yoga movement strength training class for 1hr this morning Then another 40 minute class at 9:30
Shopping with wife.
And now home and getting ready for her Birthday weekend.
i used to get a lot of wrist problems because in this specific thai boxing that i train is called muay boran. which is kind of more extreme version, and more ancient version of the known traditional muay thai.
but overall i love it ! i'm training with a friend who is older then me and he master the art for 30 years! he's a beast ! very nice and good person.
