So are the three big traditional types of OC - Mafia, Ndrangheta and Camorra - still the main suppliers?
A lot of the drug dealing groups in Rome seem to be acting on their behalf; Senese and Pagnozzi being Camorra transplants, Triassi and D'Agati being connected to the Sicilian mafia from Agrigento, Sgambati and Gambacurta getting supplied by Ndrangheta, etc...
