Commando linked to Taghi was pivotal in setting up a new special unit
For years, the commando that links the Public Prosecution Service to criminal Ridouan Taghi played a pioneering role in a new reconnaissance unit of the army. The soldier, Sil A., is now on trial for arms and drug trafficking. The case will be dealt with behind closed doors at the request of the defense. According to the court, a public hearing of the case could jeopardize the safety of the suspect and other employees of the Commando Forces Corps.
