Anyone can be jumped, if planned well enough by the right people and carried out by right # of bruisers. No one is untouchable. Taze the guy from behind and kick his face in when he’s unconscious on the ground. Or just shoot up his house when he’s not there. I’m not even a criminal but I can think of plenty of ways that can be employed to send a message and not look like a bunch of asswipes.
And even if he “retaliates” he’s just one guy. Bingy is a “shooter” for Mafia standards, meaning that he killed a guy who didn’t know what was coming. He’s not a former US Army Ranger or Marine Raider with combat experience and a body count of 18.
Easier than that. If he's into drugs, you get a hot chick to hit on him and then give him a hot dose. Problem eliminated.
No one knows that she murdered him, he was just a drug user and unfortunately he got some bad shit.
