I highly doubt it's fake, I think I know photoshop when I see it. And who cares if he knows who he is, they're both crime bosses in their own right. Politicians are no better.
The photo is real, the other guy in the photo is well known in South Philly and posted on his social media another one with Trump sans Joey. He’s a regular guy, coming from my children and many others here.
