Someone recently posted this on Facebook and while it does resemble Neil I asked if he had any verification to provide that it was indeed him but he danced around the question. For sanity's sake since I may want to use this in part 2 of my Dellacroce vid, do you have anything to accompany this to confirm it's his mugshot?
