Thanks DP. Went into the hot tub and sauna today, took some prescription strength ibuprofen, iced it for 10 minutes, and elevated it a bit. Felt better later in the morning. Can straighten it more without pain and a lot of the burning sensation is gone. Debating if I'm going to swim tomorrow or continue to treat it (as of now I'm leaning towards the treatment again but I hate not exercising).
