Michele Oppedisano on trial. The 53-year-old alleged boss of the Pesce clan, rooted in Brianza, is accused of crimes ranging from mafia association to extortion. His uncle Domenico Oppedisano, "Capo Crimine of the 'Ndrangheta" in Calabria, is also at the bar.

This is one of the intercepted threats from Oppedisano: "I'll cut your head off and let you find it in front of your mother's house attacked in front of the gate".

The trial, which will be held in Monza on December 15, will also have 5 other defendants, including Pasquale Oppedisano, son of Michele, who is also affiliated with the "local 'ndrangheta di Erba", in the province of Como. And again Santo Paviglianiti and Aldo Bosina (for self-laundering), already convicted of illegal waste trafficking as de facto administrator of Ipb Italia, the company that managed the warehouse in via Chiasserini, in Milan, which burned down on 14 October 2018 with a vast fire lasted for days.

The GUP Salvini instead acquitted another accused and sentenced four people with an abbreviated rite, including Domenico Larocca - to 10 years of imprisonment -, Michele Oppedisano's "trusted man", at "complete disposal" in "extortion and money laundering activities ". Two other people have negotiated.
