Suspicious cars have been spotted a number of times around the supply of suspects and threatened persons in the Marengo process. Among other things, the Special Support Team (BOT) of the Ministry of Justice transport to the Bunker in Amsterdam-Osdorp, where the Amsterdam court is handling the Marengo trial, including that of the main suspect Ridouan Taghi.

The BOT is alert to the possibility of a violent escape being undertaken. That is why the BOT regularly varies the approach route. Scanning is carried out on parking lots, petrol stations and viaducts. A police helicopter often flies along as well.
