There has been rumors since before Covid that Michael Cecchetelli was an informant, and it ramped up in 2021 when it was leaked that someone high up in the Latin Kings was an informant, it didn't say who. The closed hearing on the sentencing can be any number of things, but when his lawyer asked for time served that is a serious red flag, and it being a leader without his family and loyalist there is another red flag. If it was done in open court then this wouldn't mean anything but those red flags make it seem or appear that Cecchetelli is cooperating.
