I did not call him a RAT i only said that why would he allow a closed court hearing. It does not look good when you allow that to happen. Lets put it this way if a lawyer would say to someone in the life i can get you 5 years if the court is closed but if the court is open for sentencing you will get 12 years then you take the 12 years, Anyone that has had a secret meeting with the government and their lawyer being there does not look good and i do not care who the person is. Today people pick and choose who is OK to do these things.
I wasn't referring to you, just people in general. I wonder if there could be other reasons for a closed hearing, they are not uncommon. Plus he used his lawyer, not a government assigned one as most rats do.
