There you go. There is no reason to have measurable levels of antibodies even if you were exposed. The IgA that is present in mucous usually gets it before it even gets into blood stream to cause rise in IgG and IgM antibodies. And taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D is a very good practice. Vitamin D is an essential hormone and 3% of our cells have VDR. It modulates the immune system and stops it from cytokine storms after infections.


I take 5,000 IU of vitamin D. Is that an appropriate intake or not enough?
