Over 70 convictions inflicted in the 'Ndrangheta “Aemilia” maxi-trial confirmed by the Court of Cassation .

In detail: thirty-six appeals were rejected, 39 declared inadmissible, while for 13 positions, cancellations are ordered with slight recalculations of penalties or postponements limited to a few charges.

The Supreme Court has therefore amply ratified the sentences of the Court of Appeal of Bologna as well as the accusatory framework of the historic great operation against the infiltrations and the roots of Calabrian organized crime in Emilia-Romagna .

A wide-ranging investigation, which was triggered in 2015 and which led to 117 arrests .
