just came back home from a meeting i'm so depressed i have elbows pain (in the joint, the tip). i went too far in my weights (in the dips and triceps extension) i think i have triceps tendinopathy it used to happen to me when i used to do skull crushers years ago, and then a dr told me it's bad to the elbow and i stopped it. i guess i need to take a break from the gym and start rehab. i already found some exercises on youtube, and i'm also icing the elbows
