The 'ndrangheta Arena-Nicoscia clan of Isola Capo Rizzuto(Crotone) has made "solid and historic alliances" with business groups that "manage the awarding of contracts for the armament and maintenance works of the Italian railway network directly from Rfi Spa under a substantial monopoly".
