New York Mobster Constantino Masotto who hid out in New Orleans under the alias Gene Mano after murdering his sister in upstate New York. When it was found where he was hiding Sam Carollo was contacted and asked to take care of him. Allegedly Carollo gave the job to Carlos Marcello. Mano disappeared in August 1943 and his body was found in a shallow grave in November 1943 about a mile from the Willswood Tavern.
