I don't think actual mobsters will pose a threat here, but there's always the risk of wannabe morons who could come across this guy's picture and think beating the guy up would be a good idea just because they think it's impressive to beat up a rat. Is it likely to happen? Probably not, but there's always a risk. I mean, there's plenty of idiots running around.
Aside from that, it's the principle: using the picture of a law-abiding citizen in a chart like this is in poor taste. It's still organized crime we're talking about and it still concerns serious people.
For sure … all it takes is five guys drinking at a bar and someone calls him by his last name or someone overheard another say thats so and so them not even knowing the rat AP and one of these young guys look on there phone to double check ….. bam !!!
