I think almost all mexican narcos who are travelling around the world are from Sinaloa. It is estimated that half of Sinaloa 's gross national product comes from the drug trade.
Fair enough, they got others in Canada as well, whatever ones do the sacrifices like the Zetas, but ya the pipeline was coming in via Chicago, if I remember correctly, I pretty sure Sinaloa is well established in Chicago?
