Fetanoyl is killing people. I’m here in south fla this is the rehab capital for it and it’s everywhere. And when you have been clean for months and then you relapse you think you can do as much as before and all it takes is one time to OD on fetanoyl and you have people pushing condensed fetanoyl pills like they’re percs....it’s disgusting there’s absolutely no honor is Heroin and any organization that was knee deep in it.
