14K Triad, Wo Shing Wo, Sun Yee On, Big Circle Gang and Bamboo Union. Sam Gor has to be one of the largest syndicates in the world.
Although as I understand only some factions/individual figures in those triads were involved in his drug network. And they don`t really operate like a syndicate? they are a drug cartel so each faction would still remain independent in daily operation outside of drug importation. I don't think dragon heads of 14K and Wo Shing Wo would allow someone to actually control one of their own factions.
